Where are you located?

My office is right by Fashion Island. There are several areas to park that are right outside Building 23, and the parking is free!
When you arrive, please check in with the front desk; they will let me know you are here.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I take cash and credit cards.
Do you offer packages?
Yes!
Do you offer video or phone sessions?
Yes.

Do you take insurance?
I am considered “out-of-network,” so I do not work with insurance companies. I’m happy to provide you with a super bill if you would like to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Just give me a call at (949) 549-1118! If I’m in session, leave a message with your name and number or send a text if you prefer. Either way, I’ll get back to you quickly to provide your free 20-minute consultation where we will explore your needs and schedule a session if it sounds like we’ll be a good fit.
Do I need to complete any forms prior to our first session?
Yes. I will email the forms to you once we schedule your first appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations without a 24-hour notice will result in the client being charged in full for the missed session.
Who do you work with?
I work with adult women and men. I offer individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
Do you work with other health care providers?
Yes. I will inquire about other health care providers during your intake. I will ask you to complete a Release of Authorization form authorizing me to speak with any providers with whom you would like me to communicate.
